The end result is a Confidence Score that helps us more accurately underwrite the projected returns of each potential investment and relate the individual property back to our overall thesis.

In general, we believe that the lower Midwest and Southeast will lead the way over the next five to ten years and we are seeking to build significant presences in a handful of top metros over the next several years.
