The end result is a Confidence Score that helps us more accurately underwrite the projected returns of each potential investment and relate the individual property back to our overall thesis.

Market Selection
We have identified a number of metrics that lead to sustained market growth and outperformance, which we track closely and use to tailor our market selections. In general, we believe that the lower Midwest and Southeast will lead the way over the next five to ten years and we are seeking to build significant presences in a handful of top metros over the next several years.
